Wipe Out

There are millions of reasons I love being a mom, but there is one defining reason that stands out from all others.  Baby wipes.  Yes, those moist toweletts have captured my heart.  Not only do they do their intended, albeit dirty job, they also preform a multitude of different functions that make my life worth living. Ok, so that is a little dramatic, but what can I say.  I'm still hormonal people, give me a break.  Clean mystery goo off the coffee table? Check.  Wipe snot off the window? Check.  Clean pee off the carpet?  Ok, that is a stretch. My favorite use however, is in place of napkins.  Who needs a flimsy two ply paper catastrophe, when a substitute as durable and fragrant as a baby wipe is available?  Like a fine wine, different scents of wipes compliment different meals.  I prefer the Shea Butter scent with anything garlicky, the Lavender with desserts, and for an underdeveloped palate I would suggest a Sensitive Unscented.  As a mother, I fill many roles.  Cook, housekeeper, general maid.  Let's now add sommelier to that list shall we? And yes, I typed that last sentence with my pinkie in the air.

  1. I have to agree with you on this. Baby wipes are the best! I STILL use them and Luke is 6. I'm so excited to have another baby coming so I dont feel so odd at the store when I buy them in bulk. :))
